Summer Time Treats

When the heat starts to run you down, there is nothing better than a smoothie. They are not only thirst quenching but healthy as well. My favorite recipes are listed below.
1. The the naturalist: Strawberry greek yogurt, 1 cup fresh strawberries,1/2 cup ice cubes.
2. 1 mango, 1 papaya, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 cup orange juice, and 1/2 cup ice. Blend and enjoy!
